How Does it work?

Your organization can encrypt email individually or at the organizational level.

Policy Based Encrypted Email encrypts email based on global rules and settings that you set for your company. In this method email is automatically encrypted without any interaction from the end user.

User level Encrypted Email encrypts email right from the end users desktop or mobile device and can be used to encrypt confidential company information. You can select on a case by case basis which emails you would like to encrypt.
