Our decision to move to Electronic Medical Records has been one of the best things to happen to our practice. From a management perspective it was really important that we were able to automate as many of our manual tasks as possible. With the direction of Clientfit our practice chose Practice Fusion’s free EHR for our practice. I love that manual tasks such as appointment confirmations and pharmacy refills can now be taken care of right from our EHR. Before we spent many hours per week calling patients on the phone or sitting on hold with pharmacies waiting to call in prescriptions.
Since implementing practice fusion we have seen a dramatic increase in the quality of care we are able to deliver to patients. Instructions from our Doctor are clear and legible since we no longer have to read his handwriting. We love that labs and results come directly into our EHR which has eliminated a lot of paper work for our office. We love the fact that we can share information patients and doctors electronically with out having to fax records. All in all the switch to electronic medical records has been very beneficial to our practice and we could not have done it without the help of Clientift. Although practice fusion is free we felt that we needed the extra hand-holding from Clientfit. There one on one consulting and training helped us through our transition and also qualified us for $24,000 dollars in incentive money. We can proudly say that we are a true paperless office thanks to Clientfit.
